Support the King William Inn Campaign today!

The share issue has been designed to give individuals and organisations the opportunity to contribute financially, on a long-term basis to the business: Catcott Community Benefit Hub Limited (a registered Community Benefit Society Reg No:9705) and in so doing become a shareholder member.

The expectation is that shareholder members will largely come from the local community. Contributors from further afield are very welcome and encouraged.

Members are entitled to apply for shares within a minimum and maximum investment.  Everyone who is a shareholder holds one vote, which means that everyone has an equal voice, regardless of the size of their investment.

Members are encouraged to have their say in the future of the organisation and will be invited to attend annual general meetings and any other member meetings called, as well as participate in the social and business aspects of the King William. You will also be helping to restore a very valued feature of our community!

If you have any questions you can email us here.

Thank you , we appreciate your support at this time and very much look forward to welcoming you to the re-opening of The King William.

Please note that...

In buying shares in this Community Benefit Society, you will be purchasing one £1 Membership Share (giving you a vote on a one member/one vote basis) and a number of £1 Community Shares.  We recommend that you read the Share Offer document in the CBS Documents tab at the top of this page, which provides detail about the risks associated with the investment and the terms and conditions that apply to the offer.  You will also see there the Community Benefit Society Rules and our Business Plan.

In the meantime, should you wish to volunteer for any of the many pre-opening tasks, or to volunteer in some capacity once it is open again, please click here to register.
